Our God is at work in each of our lives and all His work is a result of His great love. The changes and enhancements and tweaks are all part of equipping us for the journey. All His work in our lives is part of His plan to bless and enhance our lives. He lovingly molds, removes, adds and carves until we are perfect in His sight. When we wrestle and resist this sometimes painful process, He does not cease to determine to do what is most beneficial for our lives, but we do have the power to hinder and slow down that refining and enhancing process. He knows exactly where each step is taking us and He will not settle for second best. When it is our God who is at work in our lives we can choose to struggle against Him or to put ourselves into His hands with joy. “Woe to the one who quarrels with his Maker. Will the clay say to the potter, what are you doing?”(Isaiah 45:9) And the Lord Jesus reminds us to “Abide in My love.” (John 15:9) Let’s cooperate and speed up the process by relaxing and RECEIVE what God is doing in our lives.
